Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and find balance, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live mindfully and be present moment by moment, breath by breath.

I completed the YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training in 2011 with Nona Chiang and the YogaWorks 500 hour advanced training in 2012 with Lainie Devina. I became a YogaWorks Certified teacher in 2015. Currently, I continue to expand my knowledge of yoga with various trainings and workshops. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.

In my classes, I combine creative sequencing with conscious breath and a spirit of playfulness to help students connect inward and deepen their practice. I love to see students build strength, flexibility, and confidence to achieve beyond what they ever believed possible. Through yoga, I seek to nurture body, mind and soul, finding balance on and off the mat.
