Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and find balance, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live mindfully and be present moment by moment, breath by breath.

I love to combine creative sequencing with conscious breath and a spirit of playfulness to help students connect inward and deepen their practice. Students build strength, flexibility, and confidence to achieve beyond what they ever believed possible. Through yoga, I seek to nurture body, mind and soul, finding balance on and off the mat.  

I am a RYT-500 YogaWorks Certified Instructor and Teacher Trainer with certificates in Yin Yoga, Subtle Body, Therapeutics, Smart Flow, and more. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
