Arm Balance Workshop, Part 2

Continue to Build up Your Arm Balances and Fly!

Expand your arm balance practice in this fun and informative workshop. We will be reviewing the foundational concepts introduced in our previous workshop and building on to expand your arm balancing practice. We will also play with some fun transitions you can incorporate into your flow. Attendance at the previous workshop not necessary but participants should have a strong bakasana (crow) and parsva bakasana (side crow) practice.
