We are excited to announce our first lifestyle program of 2023, WYCO U. Join Marisa, Liz, Kari, Andy, and Holly T. for a 2-week program that will allow students to dive deep into the Westlake Yoga Co. Community.

Throughout each session, students will learn proper posture alignment and the power of breath, find the strength and encouragement to try inversions they may have never tried, and experience incredibly unique classes designed for this program.

This program is for you if you want to move your body and find your edge physically and mentally in your yoga postures.
